Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at samesin! Since our premium pet portraits are 100% custom-made, our shipping process consists of two parts: Production Time and Shipping Time.

Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Processing & Production Time

Because every artwork is personalized and handcrafted by our professional artists, we do not ship instantly.

  • Artwork Design & Approval: Once your order is placed and the photo is uploaded, our artists will begin working on your portrait. This process usually takes 7-12 business days.

  • Printing & Packaging: Once the artwork is approved, it takes another 2-3 business days to print, quality-check, and securely package your canvas or print.

💡 Total Production Time: Please allow 5-8 business days for your custom item to be crafted and prepared before it is handed over to the courier.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide! We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $199 USD. For orders under $199 USD, shipping fees vary based on your location and will be calculated and displayed accurately at checkout.

All shipping estimates below do not include the initial 5-8 business days required for production.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 7 - 12 Business Days (Worldwide)

  • Shipping Fee:

    • Orders $199.00 USD and over: FREE

    • Orders under $199.00 USD: Subject to the actual amount displayed on the checkout page.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be 100% guaranteed due to unexpected carrier delays, holidays, or customs clearance.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, we will automatically send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. You can monitor your package's journey at any time.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

samesin is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. samesin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the 3-day golden cancellation window has passed, the shipping address cannot be modified.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your custom portrait arrives damaged, warped, or defective due to shipping, please contact us immediately at service@samesin.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will gladly arrange a free replacement for you.
