We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in display equipment, product appearance may differ from your screen. As our products are custom pet portraits, the final artwork depends heavily on the quality, lighting, and resolution of the pet photos you upload. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice.

Section 3 - Orders and Custom Product Cancellation Policy

samesin reserves the right to accept or refuse your order for any reason.

Special Notice for Custom Goods: Due to the personalized nature of our products, you may only cancel your order and request a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of placement. After 3 days, your order officially enters the production phase, and samesin will no longer accept any requests for cancellations, modifications, returns, or refunds. Purchases are eligible for returns or exchanges only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Published prices do not include taxes, shipping, duties, or import fees unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery Disclaimer

We are not liable for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Once we transfer the products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. All detailed shipping terms, rates, and timeframes are governed exclusively by our Shipping Policy.

By uploading a pet photo for customization, you grant samesin a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and modify the photo solely to create your custom portrait. You warrant that you own the copyright or possess full legal authorization to use the uploaded photo.

We may provide access to third-party tools or include hyperlinks to third-party websites. We neither monitor nor have any control over these third-party materials and assume no liability or responsibility for your use of them.

samesin is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases made in our store are directly between you and samesin. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your transactions with samesin.
