We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and images as accurately as possible. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and production differences.

Because our products are custom pet portraits and personalized keepsakes, the final artwork depends heavily on the quality, lighting, angle, and resolution of the pet photos you upload. Product descriptions, designs, prices, and availability may change at any time without notice.

Some products may require additional artist work or more complex customization. In those cases, production may take longer than standard processing times.

Section 3 - Orders, Changes, and Cancellations

samesin reserves the right to accept or refuse any order for any reason.

Because each order is personalized and custom-made, you may cancel your order and request a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of placing your order. After this cancellation window, your order enters the production process and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please review your order details, shipping address, and uploaded pet photos carefully before submitting your order.

Section 4 - Pricing and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Published prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, duties, or import fees unless clearly stated otherwise.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases made through our store.

Section 5 - Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Because each samesin product is custom-made, every order requires production time before shipping.

Most custom orders require 5-8 business days for production. Some products that require additional artist work or more complex customization may take more than 15 business days before shipping.

Estimated shipping time is 7-12 business days worldwide after the order has been handed to the courier. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping rates, delivery estimates, customs fees, and related shipping terms are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Section 6 - Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will help arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement, according to our Refund Policy.

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, graphics, logos, product layouts, and artwork samples, is owned by samesin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By uploading a pet photo for customization, you confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it. You grant samesin permission to use and modify the uploaded photo solely for the purpose of creating your custom product and fulfilling your order.

Our website may include links to third-party websites or access to third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party websites or tools is at your own risk.

samesin is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases made through our store are transactions between you and samesin. Shopify is not responsible for the products, order fulfillment, customer service, or disputes related to your purchase from samesin.
